Turn right onto E Co Rd 50 - .1 miles Turn left at the 1st cross street onto NE Frontage Rd/E Interstate 25 Frontage Rd/Interstate 25 Northeast Frontage Rd. - Continue 4.1 Miles. Turn right onto E Interstate 25 Frontage Rd., then turn right onto E Co Rd 58. Continue over I25, and turn right at the 1st cross street onto W Interstate 25 Frontage Rd. Continue 1 mile and turn left onto E County Rd 60/GW Bush Ave. Continue .5 miles and turn right into the Sage Meadows community, on Sage Meadows Dr. Continue .5 miles until the road turns onto Buffalo Grass Lane, destination will be on the right.
