How It Works

5 easy steps to complete your self-guided tour

Select A Home

Browse the list of homes available to tour in our communities and select the home that you would like to see in person!

Choose A Day & Time

Simply choose a day and time that works for your schedule for a half-hour or one-hour tour. Please note, you are able to select tour times before and after model home hours which are:

Sunday - 7 am - 7:30 pm
Monday - 7 am - 12 pm & 5 pm- 7:30 pm
Tuesdays - 7 am - 12 pm & 5 pm - 7:30 pm
Wednesday - 7 am - 10 am & 5 pm - 7:30 pm
Thursday - 7 am - 11 am & 5 pm - 7:30 pm
Friday - 7 am - 11 am & 5 pm - 7:30 pm
Saturdays - 7 am - 11 am & 5 pm - 7:30 pm

Verify Identity

We want to make sure it’s you! Verify your identity with your government-issued ID or your credit card. All of your information is kept private and your card will not be charged.

Unlock Your Tour

After you have been verified, you will receive a unique to you 4-digit code via email and text that will unlock the tour during your scheduled date and time along with detailed instructions about how to access the home.

Enjoy Your Self-Tour!

This is your time to imagine this home as your own! Feel free to open cabinets and doors, take pictures, and help yourself to a complimentary drink in the fridge! If you have any questions during your tour, you will be given our New Home Sales Consultants' contact information after the tour. Enjoy your tour!

Who do I contact if I have questions about my tour?

Our Online Sales Specialist! You can reach them directly at 970-347-8979.

Why do I have to show a photo ID or provide a credit card number?

We ask that you provide a government ID or a credit card number so that we may verify your identity before scheduling a tour. You will not be charged for touring a home and we do not retain your information after your identity has been verified.

What if I’m having trouble accessing the home?

If you’re having trouble accessing any home during your scheduled appointment time, please reach out to the contact person listed on the confirmation email you received. You may also contact our Online Sales Specialist directly at 970-347-8979

How long does my code last?

Your unique entry code will last 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the length of time you scheduled your tour. You’re free to come and go within that time, but before or after that scheduled time frame, your code will not work.

How can I tour more than one home?

It’s easy! Go through the booking process for each home you’d like to see. For example, if you’d like to tour the model home and there’s a Quick-Delivery home in the neighborhood as well, you would just book a self-guided tour of each around consecutive times.

Can I bring another person with me on my tour?

Of course! We understand that the new home journey is often not done alone! We encourage you to bring family or friends, but do ask that they be 18 years of age, and limit the number to 6 people or less.

How do I lock the door when I leave?

The front door will automatically lock itself within 2 minutes, so there is no need to lock the door. But please ensure the door completely closes behind you when you enter and leave the home.

Will there be Baessler Homes Team Members around during my tour?

No, each tour is private and self-guided. However, you will be provided with contact information to reach our sales team should you have questions or want to schedule an appointment to discuss next steps.
